We have an established internship program for exceptional students and recent graduates who want to make a real impact in a fintech environment. Unlike traditional internships with narrow scopes, you'll work across different areas of our business based on your strengths, interests, and our current needs.

This isn't about coffee runs or busy work – you'll own real projects that directly affect our product and growth.

Potential Areas of Impact

Depending on your skills and interests, you might work on:

• Product Management: Support roadmap development, feature prioritization, and coordinate with our development team
• Growth Initiatives: Design and run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Content Creation: Develop marketing materials, documentation, or customer-facing content
• Customer Success: Help onboard users, gather feedback, and improve the customer experience
• Workflow Automation: Build processes using tools like n8n, Python, and AI to eliminate manual work
• Business Intelligence: Analyze data and create insights that drive decision-making
• Cross-functional Projects: Jump into whatever matters most as priorities shift

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate (within 1 year)
• English proficiency (advanced or native level)
• Ownership mindset – you finish what you start
• Fast learner – can quickly pick up new tools and concepts
• Adaptable – comfortable working across different types of projects
• Self-driven – don't need constant direction to make progress
• Strong communication skills
• Excited about startup environments where things move quickly

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with any of: product tools, growth marketing, content creation, data analysis, automation, or customer success
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, or similar collaboration tools
• Technical curiosity (coding experience is a plus but not required)
• Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience
